Deanna Murray, M.Ed., LPC

I am just off of the Page Extension in West Port. I am available Monday evenings and Saturday by appointments. There is a standard rate of $85.00. Payment options for prospective clients who are experiencing financial hardships can be discussed. At this time I am unable to accept insurance for payment.

My emphasis is working with children and adolescents. I use a multi-faced approach, using play techniques to help the child feel safe and comfortable to work towards the identified goals. I have a passion to demonstrate Christ’s love and his abundant grace through using my God given gift and talent by helping others in their difficult situations that they may be currently encountering. My desire is to first seek God’s will for my life, and to be open to His leadership in reaching out to those in need.

I have been employed with Magellan Health Services for the past 8 years and am currently in the role of Intake Clinician, with my previous role as a Follow-up Consultant for our Workplace Support which manages mandatory referrals (mostly of the substance abuse nature). In addition I am also part of the CISM team at Magellan and am ICISF Certified. Prior to that I worked as a Treatment Foster Care Therapist for Catholic Charities and then as a Residential Therapist for Catholic Children’s Home in Alton, IL.
